The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program was invented to support the new challenges faced by corporations and their effect on the human society. One of these challenges is the Money Monster leadership which does not recognize the individual, social and global human society’s needs of now and in the possible sustainable future. The objective of ASRIA’s Global Platform

ASRIA’s Global Platform objective is to encourage government agencies, corporations, institutions and individuals to play their role actively in promoting social responsibility practice under a singular synergy platform to demonstrate what they have done for their community and others can learn from its good value of practice. With the synergise efforts mankind can only make the world a better place to live in for the present and future generations, and which will minimize the negative impact of human beings if everyone on Earth were to put social responsibility practice as one of the key principles in whatever things they undertake. The Criteria for the ASRIA are based on merit and involving such aspects as uniqueness in approach on social responsibility practice, fairness, social responsible innovation of strategic and practical administrative systems put into place, and project sustainability, which have been proven and certified by a reputable third party. Of course, the activities will bring positive value and effect future generations. The ASRIA’s Award stands for exceptional deeds and dedication to vision, mission, goals and objectives.



1. To be eligible, the nominee must be 18 years and above. Any citizenship is acceptable.
2. This nomination form must be completed in English.
3. The nominee is required to sign this form under Truth of Information Release.
4. Please complete in Block capitals using typescript or black ink suitable for photocopying and ensure that you complete all sections before signing and dating the form on the back page.
5. Official original Application form is required for processing although you may fax or e-mail your completed form.
6. All questions must be answered accurately and in full. Incorrect or misleading statements can result in the denial of your application, or if you are admitted, your dismissal from ASRIA and its Foundation.
7. Everyone in all fields of endeavour may be nominated for the SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY honors. Any Individual, Association, Institution or Organization can nominate any number of nominees.
